Calculation Set definition

Calculation Set means, in respect of any Delivery Instruction Notice which identifies two or more calculation sets, the number of Preference Shares specified in respect of each such calculation set in the relevant Delivery Instruction Notice. Related to Calculation Set

  • Calculation Day means any Index Business Day during the Calculation Period on which a Market Disruption Event has not occurred.

  • Calculation Time means 11:59 p.m. (Central time) on the Closing Date.

  • Calculation Amount means the Calculation Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
