Examples of Call Class in a sentence

  • In such a Series, the Administrator shall adopt a plan of complete liquidation for the REMIC Pool (or, in a Double-Tier Series, the related Lower-Tier REMIC Pool) on the date on which notice by the holder of the related Call Class of CPCs of exercise of its right to direct the redemption of the Assets becomes irrevocable.

  • Class: A REMIC Class, a MACR Class and/or any other class of securities issued under this Agreement, as the context requires; or, if the context so requires, a Call Class or Callable Class issued under a Pass-Through Agreement.

  • A Class of CPCs representing the beneficial ownership of a specified Callable Asset or Callable Assets, subject to the Call Right of the related Call Class.

  • The right of the Holder of a Call Class to direct ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac to redeem the related Callable Class.

  • Class: A REMIC Class, a MACR Class and/or any other class of securities issued under this Agreement, as the context requires; or, if the context so requires, a Call Class or Callable Class issued under an Underlying Trust Agreement.

  • The Holder of a Call Class may exercise the Call Right and exchange such Call Class for the related Callable Asset or Assets upon the terms and conditions specified in the related Terms Supplement or as otherwise specified by the Administrator from time to time.

  • Callable Pass-Through Certificates or CPCs: Pass-Through Certificates designated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac as CPCs, which include at least one Call Class that has the right to direct ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac to redeem a related Callable Class in the same Series.
