Call Coverage definition

Call Coverage means arrangements made by a facility or an attending physician with an appropriate level of health care provider who agrees to be available on an as-needed basis to provide medically appropriate services for routine, high risk, or Emergency Medical Conditions or Emergency Behavioral Health Conditions that present without being scheduled at the facility or when the attending physician is unavailable.

  • The calculations used to determine the rate of the Call Coverage Services are based on an annual projection of the number of Child Protection Program Area 5, Program Area 4, and Institutional reports taken and an equivalent number of Other Child Welfare (“Other CW”) Inquiry related call reports.

  • In the event the HCCC must expend additional funds to accommodate adding additional positions to take calls on behalf of all of the other counties including Park County, the cost of that expansion may be proportionately distributed amongst all of the counties that receive HCCC Call Coverage Services.

  • During the life of this Agreement, the Clinic affirms it will not decrease Excess Call Coverage Incentive compensation for OB/GYN physicians, provided that it remains consistent with fair market value and commercial reasonableness.

  • The Company will waive the monthly recurring charges for Dedicated Access Line (DAL), Common Business Line (CBL), and service group feature charges for Inbound Voice Service, including the following: Tailored Call Coverage, Point of Call Routing, Day of Week Routing, Time Interval Routing, Percentage Allocation Routing, Alternate Routing, Real Time ANI, Dialed Number Identification Service and Network Call Redirect.
