Call Down Contract definition

Call Down Contract means the document, signed by both parties to the Framework Agreement, which details the requirement to be delivered by the Supplier under the Framework Agreement terms and conditions, prices etc and which forms a Contract between the Parties.

  • No payment will be made to the Supplier under this Call Down Contract until a copy of the Call Down Contract, signed on behalf of the Supplier, returned to the FCDO Contract Officer.

  • The Agreement and/or any Call Down Contract supersedes all prior negotiations, representations and undertakings, whether written or oral, except that this Clause 56.1 shall not exclude liability in respect of any fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • G.2 This Call Down Contract commits funding exclusively for the first period (FY 1) in Attachment D.

  • The Contractor’s proposal (including the commercial proposition, submitted to the SMEP PMA on the [insert date] via the SMEP portal, attached hereto as Attachment 1) is considered to form part of this Call Down Contract.

Related to Call Down Contract
