  • The Supplier shall comply with the relevant provisions in Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure).

  • The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that any Other Charges submitted in relation to a further competition held in accordance with Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure) shall be equal to or lower than the Other Charges.
