Capable Loop definition

Capable Loop is a loop that a CLEC may use to deploy xDSL technologies and is provided as set forth in Schedule 9.2.2. 9.2.1.3.5 “4-Wire 1.544 Mbps Digital Loop” or “1.544 Mbps Digital” is a transmission path which supports transmission of digital signals of up to a maximum binary information rate of 1.544 Mbps and terminates in a 4-Wire electrical interface at the Customer premises and on the DSX frame in SBC-AMERITECH's Central Office. 1.544 Mbps Digital will be provided in accordance with the specifications, interfaces and parameters described in AM-TR-TMO-00023.
