Examples of Capital Call in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise determined by the Board, by a Supermajority Vote, the funding of any such additional Capital Call shall be made within ten (10) Business Days following a Shareholder’s receipt of a Capital Call notice.

  • In addition, and subject to the foregoing limitation in the event of any Deconsolidating Capital Call, the Company and any Electing Shareholder shall take all such other actions as may be reasonably necessary to complete such Additional Capital Contribution, including entering into such additional agreements as may be necessary or appropriate.

  • Any Shareholder that does not send a notice within the Contribution Option Period shall be deemed to have declined to make any Additional Capital Contribution pursuant to the Capital Call.
