Captured Content definition

Captured Content means Licensee Data in a form that is readable and operable by Groupware’s proprietary Software and that is viewable and editable using Groupware’s proprietary Client Software.

  • Individual or entity that holds legal title to the copyright(s) in part or all of the Captured Content.

  • Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, neither party shall be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the Captured Content.

  • Neither party warrants that any or all Captured Content can be captured and correctly rendered.

  • Service Provider/CDL will not indemnify Curatorial Partner for any losses, claims, damages, awards, penalties or injuries incurred, including attorney's fees, which arise from any claim by any third party of an alleged infringement of copyright or other property right arising out of the use of the Captured Content.

  • The University of Surrey has approved in September 2018 a Policy for the Use of Captured Content.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.
