Career Start Traineeship definition

Career Start Traineeship means a system of training with an employer covered by Clause 2 - Scope of this award comprising structured on-the-job training (as defined) in a Technical and Further Education College, or other training provider(s) approved by the Training Authority of Tasmania in accordance with a training agreement (as defined).
Career Start Traineeship means a system of training with an employee covered by Clause 2 SCOPE, of this award, PROVIDED THAT such system of training shall apply only to persons engaged in the occupation of Greenkeeper. The Career Start Traineeship shall comprise structured off-the-job training (as defined) in a Technical and Further Education College or other training provider(s) approved by the Tasmanian State Training Authority, or other Statutory Authority as part of a training agreement (as defined).

  • Traineeship means a system of training which has been approved by the appropriate state training authority, or which has been approved on an interim basis by the National Employment and Training Taskforce (NETTFORCE), until final approval is granted by the relevant state training authority.

  • Parties to a Traineeship Scheme means the employer organisation and/or the employer and the union involved in the consultation and negotiation required for the approval of a traineeship scheme.

  • Traineeship Scheme means an approved traineeship applicable to a group or class of employees or to an industry or sector of an industry or an enterprise. A traineeship scheme shall not be given approval unless consultation and negotiation with the union upon the terms of the proposed traineeship scheme and the traineeship have occurred. An application for approval of a traineeship scheme shall identify the union and demonstrate to the satisfaction of the approving authority that the abovementioned consultation and negotiation have occurred.

  • Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.

  • Travel training means providing instruction, as appropriate, to children with significant cognitive disabilities, and any other children with disabilities who require this instruction, to enable them to develop an awareness of the environment in which they live, and learn the skills necessary to move effectively and safely from place to place within that environment (e.g., in school, in the home, at work, and in the community).
