Chair of Trustees definition

Chair of Trustees means the person holding that office from time to time in accordance with Section 4.2 hereof;
Chair of Trustees means the person appointed to chair the Board;
Chair of Trustees means the Chair of Trustees of CRT. “Charities Act” means the Charities Acts 1992 to 2011.

Related to Chair of Trustees

  • Independent Trustees means the members of the Fund’s Board of Trustees who are not "interested persons" (as defined in the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇) of the Fund and who have no direct or indirect financial interest in the operation of this Plan or in any agreement relating to this Plan.
