Change in Scope definition
Change in Scope means any change in the services provided by the Franchisee under the Agreement whether proposed by the Franchisee or by the City.
Change in Scope. For substantial modifications in authorized Project scope, and/or specifications previously accepted by City, when requested by City and through no fault of Consultant, the Consultant shall be compensated for time and expense based upon the fee schedule in Exhibit B (Cost Proposal) attached hereto and incorporated herein chargeable for this service; provided, however, that any increase in Total Fee must be approved through a written Supplemental Agreement. Consultant shall correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in its designs, drawings, or specifications without additional compensation when due solely to Consultant’s negligent acts, errors, or omissions. If not solely Consultant fault, then the parties will negotiate an equitable sharing of the fees associated with such changes and the fixed fee will be increased or decreased accordingly. This Agreement may be amended to provide additions, deletions, and revisions in the Professional Services or to modify the terms and conditions thereof by written Supplemental Agreement.
Change in Scope means changes to the extent the Project no longer addresses the Purpose and Need identified in the Application.

Owner and Cenla shall negotiate such additional fees and such fees shall be due and payable by Owner commencing the month following the month in which the Change in Scope occurs.

Change in Scope. For modifications in authorized scope of services or project scope and/or modifications of drawings and/or specifications previously accepted by the CLIENT, when requested by the CLIENT and through no fault of the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT shall be compensated for time and expense required to incorporate such modifications at CONSULTANT’s standard hourly rates. Provided, however, that any increase in contract price or contract time must be requested by the CONSULTANT and must be approved through a written supplemental agreement prior to performing such services. CONSULTANT shall correct or revise errors or deficiencies in its designs, drawings or specifications without additional compensation when due to CONSULTANT’s negligence, error or omission.

Change in Scope means any agreed change to the scope of a project to accommodate a need not originally defined in the contract or price agreement which relates to the project and which will require an adjustment to the project cost and/or schedule;

2. All Electrical work shall comply with all applicable codes as enforced by the authorities having jurisdiction, including (but not limited to) NFPA 70 National Electric Code and NFPA 101 Life Safety Codes.
3. Contractor must have up to date copies of applicable shop drawings, plans, and bid documents at job site at all times. Contractor shall submit the following administrative submittals to the City Project Manager prior to the City Project Manager issuing the Notice to Proceed:
1. Copies of permits and approvals for construction as required by laws and regulations and governing agencies.
2. Temporary construction parking area plans, storage yard, storage trailer location, staging area plan, and plan for disposal of waste materials.
3. Project schedule with critical path activities and deadlines.
4. Material submittals (3 copies) to Project Manager for items in scope of work to be approved before order and installation.
