Changes definition

Changes. The Detail Specification will be revised to include: (i) Changes applicable to the basic Model 737 aircraft which are developed by Boeing between the date of the Detail Specification and the signing of the supplemental agreement to purchase the Option Aircraft; (ii) Changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates; and (iii) Changes mutually agreed upon.
Changes as used herein means a substitution for or omission of any job or other Requirements Within the general scope of the job, the performance of or compliance of which is Contemplated by the contract documents.
Changes means any works or items in addition to or in substitution for the specifications listed in the FINISHING SCHEDULE, or any amendment or variation of the PLAN. “CHANGES” does not refer to the exercise of choices where choices are provided in the FINISHING SCHEDULE.

Changes means a change to the work including any addition, deletion, alteration, revision or substitution by altering, adding to, or deducting from the Work
