CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS. No changes or amendments of the Agreement shall be effective unless documented in writing and signed by authorized representatives of the Municipality and the Municipal Project Manager. APPENDICES: The Municipality may attach, to these specifications, appendices containing various forms and typical sample sheets for guidance and assistance to the Municipal Project Manager in the performance of the work. It is understood, however, that such forms and samples may be modified, altered, and augmented from time to time by the Municipality as occasions may require. It is the responsibility of the Municipal Project Manager to ensure that they have the latest versions applicable to the Agreement.
