Changes in Laws definition

Changes in Laws has the meaning specified in Section 2.5(g) of the Agreement.

Examples of Changes in Laws in a sentence

  • Changes in Laws or Regulations not known at the time of opening of Bids (or, on the Effective Date of the Agreement if there were no Bids) having an effect on the cost or time of performance of the Work may be the subject of an adjustment in Contract Price or Contract Times.

  • Parent-in-law means a parent of the spouse of an employee.

  • Specific Change in Law means a Change in Law that relates specifically to the business of the Authority and which would not affect a Comparable Supply;
