Changes in Work The Contractor shall not commence any additional work or change the scope of the work until authorized in writing by the State.

Section 13.12 Changes in Work Schedule. Should it be necessary, in the City's judgment, to restructure the work schedule of an employee or employees, the City will give, absent emergency circumstances, at least seven (7) days advance notice of such change to all employees affected by such change.
