Changes to this Contract. XOOM Energy will notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance of implementing any changes to this Agreement, including any provisions governing price, pricing methodology, or assignment of this Agreement.

Examples of Changes to this Contract in a sentence

  • Changes to this Contract may only be approved by written amendment to this Contract.

  • Addendum means a written clarification or revision to this Solicitation issued by the System Agency.

  • Changes/Extra Work The SUBRECIPIENT shall make no changes to this CONTRACT without the COUNTY’s written consent. In the event that there are new or unforeseen requirements, the COUNTY with the SUBRECIPIENT’s concurrence has the discretion to request official changes at any time without changing the intent of this CONTRACT.
