Changing Party definition

Changing Party shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 9.2.1.

Examples of Changing Party in a sentence

  • No charges will be assessed if the Changing Party provides proof that the change was authorized.

  • Such proof is required regardless of whether the End User Customer is a customer of the Changing Party.
