Cisco Technology definition

Cisco Technology means software, Lightweight Enhanced Authentication Protocol (“LEAP”) LEAP specifications, Cisco Client Extensions technology, technical information, and algorithms, as they solely relate to the LEAP and/or Cisco Client Extensions, as appropriate.
Cisco Technology means the Cisco Software, Hardware, and/or Cloud Services, and all related Documentation, if any, provided by Cisco to Partner for the purposes of testing under this Agreement.
Cisco Technology means the IF Interfaces as defined in paragraph 1.5 above.

Examples of Cisco Technology in a sentence

  • To the extent Your use of the Cisco Technology requires it, You are responsible for providing notice to, and obtaining consents from, individuals regarding the collection, processing, transfer and storage of their data through Your use of the Cisco Technology.

  • You retain any ownership of Your content and Cisco retains ownership of the Cisco Technology and Cisco Content.

  • Cisco does not provide support or guarantee ongoing integration support for products that are not a native part of the Cisco Technology.

  • If You purchase Cisco Technology from a Cisco Partner, the terms of this ▇▇▇▇ apply to Your use of that Cisco Technology and prevail over any inconsistent provisions in Your agreement with the Cisco Partner.

  • Cisco may use any feedback You provide in connection with Your use of the Cisco Technology as part of its business operations.

  • Cisco may restrict the availability of the Cisco Technology in any particular location or modify or discontinue features to comply with applicable laws and regulations.


More Definitions of Cisco Technology

Cisco Technology means the Cisco ASICS, designs of the Cisco ASICS, software that drives the Cisco ASICs and all patent rights, copyright rights, trade secret rights and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights throughout the world relating to all of the foregoing.
Cisco Technology shall have the meaning set forth on Schedule 1.2 hereof

Related to Cisco Technology

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • New Technology means methods, products, processes and procedures developed through science or research;

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.
