Class A-1 Controlled Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Related Month during the Three-Year Notes Controlled Amortization Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Class A-1 Controlled Amortization Amount for such Related Month and any Class A-1 Carryover Controlled Amortization Amount for such Related Month.

Class A-1 Controlled Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of (i) the product of the Class A-1 Controlled Amortization Amount and the number of Distribution Dates from and including the first Distribution Date with respect to the Class A-1 Accumulation Period through and including such Distribution Date (but not in excess of the Class A-1 Accumulation Period Length) and (ii) the amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account with respect to the Class A-1 Certificates as of the December 2000 Distribution Date (after giving effect to any withdrawals from or deposits to such account on such date (other than the transfer to the Principal Funding Account of the amounts on deposit therein on such date)), over (b) the sum of amounts on deposit in the Excess Funding Account with respect to the Class A-1 Certificates and the Principal Funding Account, in each case before giving effect to any withdrawals from or deposits to such accounts on such Distribution Date.
