• As described above, the entire unpaid principal amount of this Note will be payable on the earlier of the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date and the Redemption Date, if any, selected pursuant to the Indenture.

• The Notes are entitled to the benefits of a financial guarantee insurance policy (the “Policy”) issued by MBIA Insurance Corporation (the “Insurer”), pursuant to which the Insurer has unconditionally guaranteed payment of the Note Interest Distributable Amount on each Distribution Date and the outstanding principal amount of the Class A-1 Notes on the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date, all as more fully set forth in the Indenture and the Policy.
