Class A-2-B Notes definition

Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Class A-2-B Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class A-2-B Notes means the Class A-2-B Floating Rate Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2-B.

Examples of Class A-2-B Notes in a sentence

  • Interest in respect of the Class A-1 Notes and the Class A-2B Notes shall accrue from and including the Closing Date or from and including the most recent Payment Date to which interest has been paid to but excluding the current Payment Date.

  • For all purposes of this Agreement, interest in respect of the Class A-1 Notes and the Class A-2B Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days in the related period of accrual.
