Class A-2 Certificateholder means any Holder of a Class A-2 Certificate. "CLASS A-2 CERTIFICATE PRINCIPAL LOSS AMOUNT" means, with respect to any Monthly Allocation Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the sum of the Class A-2 Loss Amount for the related Collection Period and any previously unreimbursed Class A-2 Certificate Principal Loss Amount exceeds (ii) the amount available to be distributed in respect of the Class A-2 Certificates pursuant to Section 3.03(b)(viii) of the Securitization Trust Agreement on such Monthly Allocation Date. "CLASS A-2 CERTIFICATE PRINCIPAL LOSS INTEREST AMOUNT" means, with respect to any Monthly Allocation Date, the aggregate amount of accrued and unpaid interest (at the Class A-2 Rate) on the aggregate amount of unreimbursed Class A-2 Certificate Principal Loss Amounts through such Monthly Allocation Date to the extent lawful.
