Class A-2 Component definition

Class A-2 Component. With respect to the Class X Certificates, at any date of determination, that portion of the Notional Amount of the Class X Certificates equal to the Certificate Principal Amount of the Class A-2 Certificates.

Class A-2 Component. The Class [X-A] Component having such designation.

Class A-2 Component means a component of the beneficial interest in REMIC III evidenced by the Class A-2 Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest A-2.

Class A-2 Component. Either of the Class A-2-A Component or the Class A-2-B Component.

Class A-2 Component means, in respect of (a) each Class P Combination Note, a Component thereof, the terms and conditions applicable to which (save those relating to issuance and transfer) are the same as €3,950,000 original principal amount of Class A-2 Notes in respect of each €5,700,000 original principal amount of such Class P Combination Note (b) each Class Q Combination Note, a Component thereof the terms and conditions applicable to which (save those relating to issuance and transfer) are the same as €3,500,000 original principal amount of Class A-2 Notes in respect of each

Class A-2 Component means a component of the Class X Certificates, which component represents a Component Notional Amount equal to the Certificate Balance of the REMIC II Regular Interest A-2.
