The aggregate initial notional amount of all Series 2003-5 Interest Rate Caps shall equal the Class A-2 Initial Invested Amount, and the notional amount of any Series 2003-5 Interest Rate Cap may be reduced pursuant to its terms but at no time shall the aggregate notional amount of all Series 2003-5 Interest Rate Caps be less than the Class A-2 Invested Amount.
