Class A-2 Note Principal Balance definition

Class A-2 Note Principal Balance. As of any date of determination, the Original Note Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Notes less any amounts actually paid with respect to principal thereon on all prior Payment Dates.
Class A-2 Note Principal Balance means, on any date, (a) the total amount of Class A-2 Note Principal Balance Increases made on or prior to such date, minus (b) the total amount of principal payments made on the Class A-2 Notes on or prior to such date.
Class A-2 Note Principal Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Principal Balance minus all payments theretofore received by the Class A-2 Noteholders on account of principal.
