Class A-2B Certificates definition

Class A-2B Certificates. Any one of the Class A-2B Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trust Administrator, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-3 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class A-2B Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class A-2B” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Class A-2B Certificates means the Certificates, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-2B, to be issued by the Trust representing a proportionate undivided beneficial ownership interest in certain distributions to be made by the Trust subsequent to the Distribution Date in August 2042 and having the characteristics described herein and in the Certificates.

Class A-2B Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of “Class A-2b,” and evidencing (i) a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III, (ii) the right to receive the related Basis Risk CarryForward Amount and (iii) the obligation to pay any Class IO Distribution Amount.

Class A-2B-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC I which constitutes a REMIC I Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein.

Class A-2B Certificates. The Certificates. designated as “Class A-2B” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class A-2B-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC II which constitutes a REMIC II Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein. Class A-3 Certificates: The Certificates. designated as “Class A-3” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Class A-3-L Regular Interest: The uncertificated undivided beneficial interest in REMIC II which constitutes a REMIC II Regular Interest and is entitled to distributions as set forth herein.
