Class A-2F Certificate Principal Balance. As of any time of determination, the Certificate Principal Balance as of the Startup Day of all Class A-2F Certificates less the aggregate of all amounts actually distributed with respect to the Class A-2F Principal Distribution Amount pursuant to Section 7.03(g) hereof on all prior Distribution Dates; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that solely for the purposes of determining the Certificate Insurer's rights, as subrogee, the Class A-2F Certificate Principal Balance shall not be reduced by any principal amounts paid to the Owners thereof from Insured Payments.
