Class A-3b Rate definition

Class A-3b Rate means LIBOR plus [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed and a 360-day year).
Class A-3b Rate means the lesser of (i) the sum of (a) the LIBOR Rate and (b) 0.13% per annum and (ii) the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
Class A-3b Rate means one month LIBOR plus 0.06% per annum. Interest with respect to the Class A-3b Notes shall be computed on the basis of actual days elapsed and a 360-day year for all purposes of the Basic Documents.

  • The Issuer shall pay interest on overdue installments of interest at the Class A-3b Rate to the extent lawful.

  • On each LIBOR Determination Date, the Indenture Trustee will calculate the Class A-2 Rate and the Class A-3b Rate for the related Interest Period and notify the Servicer of the results of such calculation.
