Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall definition
Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of (x) the Class A‑4 Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and any outstanding Class A‑4 Interest Carryover Shortfall from the immediately preceding Payment Date (together with interest on such outstanding Class A‑4 Interest Carryover Shortfall at the Class A‑4 Rate, to the extent lawful, calculated on the same basis as interest on the Class A‑4 Notes for the same period), over (y) the amount of interest distributed to the Class A‑4 Noteholders on such Payment Date.
Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the Class A-4 Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Payment Date over the amount that was actually distributed in respect of interest on the Class A-4 Notes on such preceding Payment Date, plus, to the extent permitted by law, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class A-4 Interest Rate, (ii) such excess, and (iii) a fraction equal to one-twelfth.
Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the sum of the Class A-4 Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Distribution Date and any outstanding Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall on such preceding Distribution Date exceeds the amount in respect of interest for the Class A-4 Notes actually deposited in the Note Interest Distribution Account on such preceding Distribution Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to the Class A-4 Noteholders on such preceding Distribution Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class A-4 Rate.

Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall. With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of the Class A-4 Interest Distributable Amount for the preceding Distribution Date over the amount in respect of interest on the Class A-4 Notes that was actually deposited in the Note Distribution Account on such preceding Distribution Date, plus interest on the amount of interest due but not paid to Class A-4 Noteholders on the preceding Distribution Date, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class A-4 Interest Rate from such preceding Distribution Date to but excluding the current Distribution Date.

Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall means, with respect to any Monthly Allocation Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the Class A-4 Interest Distributable Amount for such Monthly Allocation Date plus any outstanding Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall from the immediately preceding Monthly Allocation Date plus interest on such outstanding Class A-4 Interest Carryover Shortfall, to the extent permitted by law, at the Class A-4 Rate from such immediately preceding Monthly Allocation Date to but not including the current Monthly Allocation Date, over (ii) the amount of interest distributed to Class A-4 Certificateholders on such current Monthly Allocation Date.
