Class A Certificate Balance definition

Class A Certificate Balance means, at any time, the original Class A Certificate Balance, as reduced by all amounts allocable to principal on the Class A Certificates distributed to Class A Holders prior to such time.
Class A Certificate Balance shall initially equal the Class A Initial Certificate Balance and, on any date thereafter, shall equal the Class A Certificate Balance, reduced by all amounts previously distributed to Class A Certificateholders and allocable to principal.
Class A Certificate Balance shall equal, initially, the Class A Percentage of the Original Pool Balance and, thereafter, shall equal the initial Class A Certificate Balance, reduced by all amounts previously distributed to Class A Certificateholders and allocable to principal.

Class A Certificate Balance. Initially, the Class A Percentage of the Original Aggregate Principal Balance and, thereafter, the initial Class A Certificate Balance reduced by all amounts distributed to the Class A Certificateholders and allocable to principal.
