Examples of Class A Common Stock Price in a sentence
The aggregate cash amount equal to the sum of (a) the product of the Class A Common Stock Price Per Share multiplied by the number of shares of Class A Common Stock purchased hereunder and (b) the Preferred Stock Price Per Share multiplied by the number of shares of Series A Preferred Stock purchased hereunder shall be referred to in this Agreement as the “Purchase Price”, which such Purchase Price shall be equal to $250,000,000.
With respect to any indemnification obligation satisfied against the Escrow Account or by forfeiture of the Consideration Shares, the value of each such share for purposes of determining the number of such shares to satisfy the Losses shall be the Buyer Class A Common Stock Price.
