Class A Distribution Period definition

Class A Distribution Period means the applicable period from (and including) a Class A Distribution Date to (but excluding) the next subsequent Class A Distribution Date.
Class A Distribution Period shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.7(a) hereof.
Class A Distribution Period means the applicable period from (and including) a Class A Distribution Date to (but excluding) the next subsequent Class A Distribution Date. In the case of the Class A Distribution Period ending on April 30, 2025, with respect to a Class A Limited Member’s Class A-4 Limited Membership Interests, the first distribution period shall measure from the Effective Date to April 30, 2025.

  • After the completion of the Class A Distribution Period and the Class B Distribution Period and upon the liquidation of the Company, the holders of the Class A Interests shall be entitled to receive distributions in accordance with Section 2.7(a)(ii) hereof.

More Definitions of Class A Distribution Period

Class A Distribution Period means each period from and including a January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 to and including the next succeeding March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31, respectively, except that the initial Class A Distribution Period shall commence on the date of initial issuance of the Class A Limited Partnership Interests and end on March 31, 2001, and no additional Class A Distribution Period shall commence on January 1, 2001.

Related to Class A Distribution Period

  • Class A Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates), the amount distributable to such Class of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs first, second and third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a). As to any Distribution Date and the Class A-PO Certificates, the amount distributable to the Class A-PO Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs third clause (B) and fourth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Post-Distribution Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Distribution Date and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Tax Period beginning on the day after the Distribution Date.

  • Class A-1 Final Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
