Class A Interest Shortfall Amount. As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates, any amount by which the Interest Accrual Amount of such Class with respect to such Distribution Date exceeds the amount distributed in respect of such Class on such Distribution Date pursuant to Paragraph first of Section 4.01(a).
Class A Interest Shortfall Amount shall have the meaning specified --------------------------------- in Section 4.04 of the Agreement.
Class A Interest Shortfall Amount. As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates, any amount by which the Interest Accrual Amount of such Class with respect to such Distribution Date exceeds the amount distributed in respect of such Class on such Distribution Date pursuant to Paragraph first of Section 4.01(a)(i) including, in the case of each Class of Accrual Certificates and Class A-8 Certificates with respect to their Accrual Component prior to the applicable Accretion Termination Date, the amount included in the Accrual Distribution Amount pursuant to clause (i) of the definition thereof. As to any Distribution Date and Class A-8 Component, the product of (a) the Class A Interest Shortfall Amount of the Class A-8 Certificates for such Distribution Date and (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Interest Accrual Amount for such Component and the denominator of which is the Interest Accrual Amount for the Class A-8 Certificates.
