Class A Members definition

Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.
Class A Members means the Members holding Class A Units.
Class A Members means holders of Class A Capital Units who have executed and agreed to be bound by this Operating Agreement.

  • After such ten day period, any remaining Class A Shares may be offered to third parties, including any aShareX Party, provided if the terms are more favorable to such parties than those offered initially to the Class A Members, such unsubscribed shares must first be offered to the Class A Members pursuant to the procedures set forth in this subsection (c).

More Definitions of Class A Members

Class A Members means all such Persons.
