Examples of Class A Program Fee Rate in a sentence

  • Each determination of the Commercial Paper Rate, the Alternative Rate, the Risk Rate and the Class A Program Fee Rate by the Administrative Agent or an Agent pursuant to any provision of this Agreement shall be conclusive and binding on the Class A Purchasers, the Issuer, the Transferor, the Servicer and the Indenture Trustee in the absence of manifest error.

  • Each Committed Purchaser’s (other than a CP Conduit’s) Percentage Interest of the Covered Portion of the Class A Note Principal Balance shall bear interest for each Interest Period at a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Alternative Rate plus the applicable Class A Program Fee Rate.

Class A Program Fee Rate means the weighted average annual rate (calculated based on the Class A-1 Purchase Limit and the Class A-2 Purchase Limit) at which the Class A-1 Program Fee (as defined in the Class A-1 Certificate Purchase Agreement) and the Class A-2 Program Fee (as defined in the Class A-2 Certificate Purchase Agreement) is calculated pursuant to the applicable Certificate Purchase Agreement.
