Class A Required Amount definition
Class A Required Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.04(a).
Class A Required Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amounts described in Sections 4.4(a)(i), (ii) and (iii) over Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to Section 4.4(a).
Class A Required Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section ----------------------- 4.08 of the Agreement.
Examples of Class A Required Amount in a sentence
In the event that the difference between (x) the Class A Required Amount for such Distribution Date and (y) the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections applied with respect thereto pursuant to subsection 4.07(a) on such Distribution Date is greater than zero, the Servicer shall give written notice to the Transferor and the Trustee of such excess Class A Required Amount on the date of computation.
More Definitions of Class A Required Amount
Class A Required Amount means, for any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the excess of the amounts described in subsection 4.4(a)(i) over the sum of (a) Available Finance Charge Collections applied to pay such amount pursuant to subsection 4.4(a) and (b) any amount withdrawn from the Cash Collateral Account and applied to pay such amount pursuant to subsection 4.11(c).
Class A Required Amount means the amount determined by the Servicer for each Business Day equal to the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of (i) the Class A Monthly Interest for the Interest Accrual Period beginning in the then current Monthly Period, (ii) any Carryover Class A Interest, (iii) the Class A Percentage of the Servicing Fee for the then current Monthly Period, (iv) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Default Amount, if any, for such Business Day and, to the extent not previously paid, for any previous Business Day in such Monthly Period and (v) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Series 2001-1 Percentage of any Adjustment Payment the Transferor is required but fails to make pursuant to subsection 3.8(a) of the Agreement on such Business Day and on each previous Business Day during such Monthly Period over (y) the Available Series 2001-1 Finance Charge Collections plus any Excess Finance Charge Collections from other Series and any Transferor Finance Charge Collections allocated with respect to the amounts described in clauses (x)(i) through (v) above with respect to such Business Days and all previous Business Days in such Monthly Period.
Class A Required Amount is defined in subsection 4.10(a).
