Class A Subclass definition

Class A Subclass. Any of the Subclasses of Class A Certificates consisting of the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates, Class A-4 Certificates, Class A-5 Certificates, Class A-PO Certificates and Class A-R Certificate.
Class A Subclass. Cap Amount. For a Distribution Date and any Class A Subclass, the sum of (x) the difference (if greater than zero) between the Normal Accrual for such Class A Subclass for the related Interest Accrual Period and the WAC Accrual for such Class A Subclass for the related Interest Accrual Period and (y) any Class A Subclass Cap Amount remaining unpaid on the prior Distribution Date after giving effect to all payments made on such prior Distribution Date, plus interest on the amount thereof at its Certificate Rate for the related Interest Accrual Period for the Distribution Date in question.
Class A Subclass. Any of the Class 1-A Subclasses or Class 2-A Subclasses.

  • Any such loss allocated to the Class A Certificates shall be allocated on the subsequent Determination Date among the outstanding Subclasses of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates) in accordance with the Class A Subclass Loss Percentages as of such Determination Date.

  • On each Distribution Date, all Realized Losses, Subsequent Recoveries and all payments of principal shall be allocated to the Upper-Tier REMIC Regular Interests until the outstanding principal balance of each such interest equals the outstanding Class A Subclass Principal Balance or Class M Subclass Principal Balance of the Corresponding Class of Certificates as of such Distribution Date.

  • For a Distribution Date, the sum of the Class A Subclass Interest Amounts and Class M Subclass Interest Amounts.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • Class A-1 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-1 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-1 Notes.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.
