Class Area definition

Class Area means the area within an approximately 2.5 mile radius from the center of the Landfill located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, and as specifically delineated in the Class Area Map, attached as Exhibit A.
Class Area means the area within the City of Muscatine generally within 1.5 miles from the perimeter of the GPC Plant as adjusted and set forth in the Class Notice mailed on September 1, 2017, including both the Close Proximity Class Area and the Peripheral Proximity Class Area as defined and depicted therein. Exhibit F to this Agreement includes a map that depicts the Class Area, the dividing line between the two subclass areas certified by the Court, and close-up maps at the Class Area boundary.
Class Area means the geographic area within San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, TX, largely within the to this Agreement. The Class Area is subdivided into seven (7) Weighted Class Zones, also clearly delineated in the map attached as Exhibit D to this Agreement.

Examples of Class Area in a sentence

  • Payment will be consideration for the complete release of all claims, including, without limitation, real property damage, Bodily Injury, diminution of value, stigma, nuisance, mental or physical pain or suffering, emotional or mental harm, mental anguish, medical monitoring, any loss of use and enjoyment of real property within the Class Area as well as any and all other related claims.

  • Individual written mail notice should be sent to each such identified Resident within the Class Area.

  • Pursuant to such Property Identification Plan, the Claims Administrator shall utilize available public records and other resources reasonably within its disposal, to seek to identify record owners of Residences within the Class Area, and, where available, former record owners during the Class Period.

  • The Claims Administrator, pursuant to the Property Identification Plan, shall develop the list of addresses applicable to the Residences in the Class Area and Class Member names (where available) through the date of the Preliminary Approval Order as soon as practicable, but not later than forty-five (45) days of the issuance of the Preliminary Approval Order.

  • The Claims Administrator, shall, to the extent practicable, pursuant to the Property Identification Plan (Exhibit G), identify Residents within the Class Area.


More Definitions of Class Area

Class Area is defined as the area depicted on Exhibit A hereto.
Class Area means and include the area within a two (2.0) mile radius of the AAA Facility. A map of the Class Area is incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
Class Area means the area within a geographic boundary extending two miles from the Facility’s property boundary, delineated in the Class Area Map attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class Area means the land within the area bounded in the north by University Drive, in the south by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, in the west by Roosevelt Road and in the east by the Bay of Green Bay, all in the Town of Peshtigo, Wisconsin and as depicted for the convenience of the parties and the Court in the attached Exhibit A.
Class Area shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals above.
Class Area means the area within an approximately 2.5 mile radius from the center of the Landfill located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, and as specifically delineated in the Class Area Map, attached as Exhibit A to the Settlement Agreement. As set forth in the proposed Settlement Agreement, the “Effective Date” as used above means the date on which this Settlement Agreement becomes binding as to all Parties, which is the date on which any order later issued by this Court finally approving a class action settlement becomes a final, non-appealable order or judgment.
Class Area means Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties, Vermont.
