Class B-1 Distribution Amount definition

Class B-1 Distribution Amount means, as to any Remittance Date, the ----------------------------- lesser of (a) the Adjusted Amount Available less the sum of (i) any amounts paid to the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.03(a)(1), (ii) the Class A Distribution Amount, (iii) the Class M-1 Distribution Amount, and (iv) the Class M-2 Distribution Amount and (b) the Class B-1 Formula Distribution Amount for such Remittance Date; provided that after the Class B-1 Cross-Over Date the Class B-1 Distribution Amount shall be zero.

Class B-1 Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, the lesser of (a) the Class B-1 Formula Distribution Amount and (b) that portion of the Amount Available eligible for distribution in respect of such amount in accordance with the priorities set forth in Section 8.04(b); provided that after the Class B-1 Cross-over Date the Class B-1 Distribution Amount shall be zero.

Class B-1 Distribution Amount. As to any Remittance Date, the aggregate amount distributed on the Class B-1 Certificates on such Remittance Date pursuant to Section 6.01.

Class B-1 Distribution Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (w) the Class B-1 Current Interest, (x) the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount, if any, (y) the Class B-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount, if any, and (z) the Class B-1 Realized Loss Amortization Amount, if any.

Class B-1 Distribution Amount. As to any Distribution Date, the total amount distributed to the Class B-1 Certificateholders pursuant to Section 5.02.

Class B-1 Distribution Amount means, for any Payment Date, the amount to be distributed to the Class B-1 Certificateholders pursuant to Sections 8.04, 8.09 and 8.10 on such Payment Date.

Class B-1 Distribution Amount means, as to any Payment Date, the sum of the amounts paid to Class B-1 Noteholders on such Payment Date pursuant to Sections 8.02(c)(4), (8) and (9) of the Indenture.

Class B-1 Distribution Amount means, as to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the Adjusted Amount Available less the sum of (i) any amounts paid to the Trustee, the Backup Servicer or the Servicer pursuant to Section 8.03(a)(1) through (2), (ii) the Class A Distribution Amount, (iii) the Class M-1 Distribution Amount, and (iv) the Class M-2 Distribution Amount and (b) the Class B-1 Formula Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date; provided, that after the Class B-1 Cross-Over Date the Class B-1 Distribution Amount shall be zero.
