Class B-4 Unit definition

Class B-4 Unit means a Unit having the rights and obligations -------------- specified with respect to "Class B-4 Units" in this Agreement.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-4 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-4 Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.
