Class B Margin definition

Class B Margin. For any Distribution Date (i) on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, 2.25% per annum and (ii) thereafter, 3.375% per annum.
Class B Margin. With respect to each class of the Class B Certificates, initially 3.000% per annum, and on any Distribution Date on or after the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 4.500% per annum.
Class B Margin. For any Distribution Date on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, 3.000% per annum and, for any Distribution Date after the Optional Termination Date, 4.500% per annum.

More Definitions of Class B Margin

Class B Margin. With respect to any Distribution Date prior to the first Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 2.000% per annum, and on any Distribution Date on or after the first Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 3.000% per annum.
Class B Margin shall have the meaning set forth in the Note.
