Class B Unpaid Interest Shortfall. As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of Class B Interest Shortfalls for prior Distribution Dates exceeds the aggregate of the amounts distributed on prior Distribution Dates to Holders of the Class B Certificates in respect of Class B Interest Shortfalls. For purposes of determining whether amounts distributable in respect of Class B Unpaid Interest Shortfalls were actually distributed on any particular Distribution Date, the distribution on such Distribution Date shall be allocated, first, to the amount specified in clause (a) of the definition of "Class B Interest Requirement", second, to any interest due on any Class B Unpaid Interest Shortfall, and, third, to any Class B Unpaid Interest Shortfall.
