The Class C-3 Notes will bear interest at a fixed rate per annum equal to 6.422% for the period from the Closing Date to the last day of the Interest Period ending immediately prior to the Distribution Date in April 2015, and a floating rate per annum equal to three-month LIBOR plus 1.80% thereafter.
On each Distribution Date on which payments of interest, principal, redemption amounts or other payments are made on the Class E-1 Notes, Class C-3 Notes or Class B Notes, a portion of such payments shall be allocated to each related Component of the Series I 2.00% Combination Notes, the Series II 2.00% Combination Notes and the Series III 3.15% Combination Notes as provided below.

The Series I 2.00% Combination Notes, the Series II 2.00% Combination Notes and the Series III 3.15% Combination Notes are non-recourse obligations of the Issuer and are payable solely from payments of interest, principal or other distributions in respect of the Components thereof which comprise Class E-1 Notes, Class C-3 Notes or Class B Notes.
A Holder of a Component Security may exchange such Component Security for one or more Class E-1 Notes, Class C-3 Notes, Class B Notes or Preferred Shares, as applicable, representing such Component (unless such Component has been fully paid).
A Holder of a Combination Note may exchange such Combination Note for one or more Class A-1A Notes, Class A-2 Notes, Class B-1 Notes, Class C-3 Notes, Class E Notes or Preferred Shares, as applicable, representing such Component (unless such Component has been fully paid).
