Class C Deficiency Amount definition

Class C Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(c).
Class C Deficiency Amount means the Class Deficiency Amount for the Class C Notes.
Class C Deficiency Amount has the meaning specified in Section 5.12(c).

More Definitions of Class C Deficiency Amount

Class C Deficiency Amount means, in respect of any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Class C Monthly Required Expense Amount as of the prior Transfer Date (disregarding for this purpose the Class C Trustee Payment Amount) over the amount actually credited to the Class C Distribution Ledger, for the payment of such amount on the related Transfer Date in accordance with Clause 5.15(f);
Class C Deficiency Amount for any Distribution Date shall be equal to the excess, if any, of the aggregate amount accrued pursuant to this subsection 4.6(c) for all Interest Periods prior to the immediately preceding Interest Period, over the amount actually paid to the Class C Certificateholders in respect of such amounts on all prior Distribution Dates.
