Except as otherwise expressly provided herein or as required by Law, each Class C Shareholder shall be entitled to notice of, and to attend, any meetings of shareholders of the Company, but shall not otherwise be entitled to vote at any such meeting.
Any payment resulting from the acquisition of the Tendered Class C Shares will be made payable to the name of the Tendering Class C Shareholder as it appears on the register of the Company and payment resulting from such acquisition will be delivered to such Tendering Class C Shareholder as indicated above, unless the form appearing immediately below is duly completed.
