Class Computer definition

Class Computer means an Acer notebook computer purchased from Acer or an Authorized Acer Retailer, not for re-sale, that came pre-installed with a Microsoft Vista Home Premium, Business or Ultimate operating system, and contained 1 GB of Random Access Memory or less as shared memory for both the system and graphics.
Class Computer means any of the following Apple computer models: • MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015) • MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2016) • MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, 2017) • MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2018) • MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2019) • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Two Thunderbolt 3 Ports) • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 Ports) • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 Ports) • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) • MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016) • MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) • MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) • MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) • MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2019)
Class Computer means any of the notebook computers listed in Section 7 above. “Identified Symptom” means any symptom listed on Exhibit 1 to this document.

Examples of Class Computer in a sentence

  • The total payment to a Group 2 Claimant will not exceed $125 per Class Computer.

  • The total payment to a Group 1 Claimant will not exceed $395 per Class Computer.

  • The total payment to a Group 3 Claimant will not exceed $50 per Class Computer.

  • Settlement Class Members who, within four years of purchasing a Class Computer, obtained one or more Keycap Replacements, must submit a claim to receive payment.

  • Settlement Class Members who, within four years of purchasing a Class Computer, obtained two or more Topcase Replacements, will receive a payment without the need to submit a claim form.

  • Service Program provides four years of protection and remains available for any Class Member whose Class Computer keyboard may experience future issues within four years of purchase.

  • In order for you to receive electronic delivery of your e-statements, your computer hardware, software, and your internet service provider (“ISP”) must meet the following specifications: Pentium Class Computer 64 MB RAM 200 MB Free Disk Space Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher ISP Allows Email Attachments up to 1.5 MB Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher.

  • If you own a Class Computer and did not obtain a Keycap Replacement or Topcase Replacement within the first four years of ownership, you are not eligible for payment.

  • Desktop computer means a computer where the main unit is intended to be located in a permanent location, often on a desk or on the floor. Desktops are not designed for portability and utilize an external computer display, keyboard, and mouse. Desktops are designed for a broad range of home and office applications.

  • Personal Computer(s) means computers based on a microprocessor generally designed to be used by one person at a time and which usually store informational data on that computer’s internal hard drive or attached peripheral. A personal computer can be found in various configurations such as laptops, net books, and desktops.

  • Personal Computer means an IP-enabled desktop or laptop device with a hard drive, keyboard and monitor, designed for multiple office and other applications using a silicon chip/microprocessor architecture – and shall not include any Mobile Phones or Tablets. A Personal Computer must support one of the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Mac OS, subsequent versions of any of these, and other operating system agreed in writing with Licensor.

  • Interactive computer service means any information service, system, or access software provider that provides or enables computer access by multiple users to a computer server, including a service or system that provides access to the Internet and such systems operated or services offered by libraries or educational institutions.

  • Notebook computer , which means an electronic,
