Class D Unit Notional Value definition

Class D Unit Notional Value means $31.51, which was the market price of a Class A Common Unit as of the close of trading on the National Securities Exchange on which the Class A Common Units are traded on June 17, 2014, as the same may be adjusted pursuant to Section 4.15(m).

  • The initial Capital Account balance in respect of each Class D Unit issued on the Class D Unit Issuance Date shall be the Class D Unit Notional Value, which amount shall be reallocated from the Capital Account balance of the General Partner.
