Class H Member definition
Class H Member means any Person admitted as an additional member of the Company holding Class H Shares or a substitute member of the Company holding Class H Shares pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, in each case in its capacity as a member of the Company holding Class H Shares and for so long as such Person continues to hold Class H Shares.
Class H Member means each Person admitted to the Company as a Member and who holds Class H Common Shares.
Class H Member has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
Examples of Class H Member in a sentence
A prospective EQT Member shall be admitted to the Company as a Class E Member, Class Q Member, Class T Member and/or Class H Member, as applicable, effective as at such time as determined by the Company; provided, however, that the admission of a new Class Q Member shall require the approval of Class Q Members holding a majority of the outstanding Class Q Shares.
Amounts any Class H Member is otherwise entitled to hereunder and the Performance Allocation shall be reduced by the amount of any prior Tax Distributions made to such Class H Member pursuant to this Section 9.5(d) until all such advances are restored in full.
