Class IIA-1 Certificates. The Certificates designated as "Class IIA-1" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Except as otherwise described herein, the Class IIA-1 Certificates, all of which are related to the Mortgage Loans in Loan Group II, shall be entitled to receive distributions related solely to such Mortgage Loans.
