Class Interest Rate Cap Payment definition

Class Interest Rate Cap Payment means, with respect to a Class or Subclass that does not have a fixed or maximum Certificate Rate, with respect to any Interest Payment Date, any payment required to be made on such Interest Payment Date by the Interest Rate Cap Provider with respect to the Class Interest Rate Cap for such Class or Subclass.
